Updating Personal Information

To request membership record updates (for any member, including youth members), please contact the Scouts Victoria Member Services team at memberservices@scoutsvictoria.com.au, or on 8543 9800, and we will assist with updating the information in Extranet.

Operoo is only used by Scouts Victoria as an electronic system for parents/staff (Leaders)/individuals to share member health records, permission forms and contact details.

 There is a one way flow from Extranet to Operoo. Information updated in Operoo, eg. address, email, or phone number, does not get synced with a member's Extranet record.
