Get Active Kids Vouchers

Get Active Kids Vouchers

Although the round opened yesterday, Scouts Victoria will not show as an active provider until March 28. After March 28 families will be able to apply.

All of our Groups will participate under the single Scouts Victoria ABN and we will be registered as Scouts Victoria from March 28.

There will be two ways to get funding for Round 4 .

1. GET REIMBURSED
The closing date on reimbursements has been extended indefinitely. If  families have already paid registration fees they can apply to be reimbursed for up to $200.

2. APPLY FOR A VOUCHER
Eligible families can apply for a voucher of up to $200, which will have a unique voucher code. This will mean that they provide you the Group with a voucher code in lieu of paying up to $200 in fees. Scouts Victoria will show as a provider from March 28.

Parents will need to nominate Scouts Victoria as their Get Active Kids Provider when applying for the voucher. They should then provide the code to their Group Leader.

This voucher number needs to be put into our website here so that Scouts Victoria can claim the $200 and forward it to your Group account when it’s received. It’s a little more complicated for us all this time but it means that parents do not need to have money up front like in previous rounds.

Vouchers issued in Round 4 must be redeemed between March 21 and June 14.
