Terrain Password Reset

If a Leader has an  issues with their password another Leader in the Group can go into Scouts | Terrain to generate a new password as follows: -

• Have another Leader in your Group provide a new password from Scouts | Terrain
• Another Leader in your Group can reset your password from the Group table in the members area of Scouts | Terrain.
• Have that Leader find you in the table, and scroll to the right hand side where “actions” is listed.
• One of these will be “reset password”.
• Clicking “reset password” opens up a pop-up which displays a randomly generated password number.
• Use this new password number to login.
