What you will need -
1. Up to 2 people elected to setup and look manage your account.
2. Group willingness to partake in the 0365 rollout for Hall Bookings Volunteers and the Hall Bookings mailbox.
What will happen once you have signed up with the above link?
1. SpacetoCo will begin configuring your groups account.
This can take a couple of weeks based on how many groups they have onboarding at the same time so stay patient. Whilst this is going on they will provide you with access to an online training program. Make sure your Hall hire support member goes through this process whilst you are waiting
2. Membership Services Checks
Member Services Team will check that those who are looking after your bookings accounts are registered members, have valid working with children checks and have had police checks. If they do not, they will start the process for you.
3. 0365 Rollout
The Digital Transformation Team will ensure that the members elected to look after your Hall Bookings have been provisioned as a part of the O365 rollout. Those that haven't will be provisioned and your Scout Hall will be provisioned with a new bookings mailbox
bookings.scoutgroup@scoutsvictoria.com.au that needs to be linked to your SpacetoCo account.
4. Setup the Account & Go Live
Your SpacetoCo account will be handed over to you with a sample Scout Hall template loaded. You will just need to add your unique Scout Hall information, pictures, existing bookings and then you will be ready to go live!
5. Link from Scouts Victoria Website to your Hall Bookings Site
To link your new SpacetoCo account from the Scouts Victoria site this needs to be changed in Extranet. Send an email to
bookings.support@scoutsvictoria.com.au letting us know you are live and we will change this over for you.
