Requesting Peak Award Replacement Badges

Requesting Peak Award Replacement Badges

Each Group can request the new Peak Award badges for those who do not already have them. We ask that the Group Leader does this and it's only done once.

Guide for Group Leaders

You can extract a list of members who have achieved their Peak Award in Extranet. Go to Membership/ Personnel Listings/ Listings by Award Received, choose your Region/ District/ Group, and generate the report.

The list will open as a csv. file. Sort the file to remove any inactive members and Adults Recognition Award recipients. Anyone who received their award from the middle of 2021 onwards will already have the new badge, so you only need to order badges for those who got their award prior to that date.

Email memberservices@scoutsvictoria.com.au a list of those who need a new badge and we will organise to send the badges to your Group. The badges cost $3 each. The Group will be invoiced for the cost of the new badges.
