Registering your Donation Partner ID with CDS Vic West (Tomra/Cleanaway)

Please follow the below steps to register your Donation Partner ID for use on the CDS Vic West app which is hosted by TOMRA / Cleanaway.

1. Go to the following link - https://charity.cdsvicwest-app.com/login
Form Page 1 - Organisation Type
1. Enter the email address that you received your Donation Partner ID at. E.g. gl.scoutgroup@scoutsvictoria.com.au
2. What Legal structure best describes your not-for-profit organisation? Select "Other" and enter "Local Scout Group" in the text field. 
3. Tick the box and select CONTINUE. 
Form Page 2 - Details of Your Organisation
1. Upload the attached PDF provided by Scouts Victoria.
2. Enter your Scout Group Location Details and select your operations footprint - Local - Scout Groups, Campsites, Districts. State-wide - SIA / OAS teams.
3. Select CONTINUE. 
Form Page 3 - About Your Organisation
1. Display name: Capitalised. E.g. 1st Barwon Heads Scout Group
3. Upload the attached logo file provided by Scouts Victoria.
4. Main community benefit: Select Community Development
5. Description: Example - Our local Scout Group provides youth with opportunities for adventure, learning, and community service. Through camping, leadership training, and badge-earning activities, our members develop skills like teamwork and self-reliance. Our members involvement in community events underscores their commitment to service and civic responsibility, cultivating a culture of responsibility and capability among our members.
6. Select CONTINUE. 
Form Page 4 - Finance
1. Enter your groups bank account details as per the details uploaded to Extranet. 
Note - You must use the details that we have saved in extranet.
2. Upload the attached PDF provided by Scouts Victoria.
3. Select "My organisation doesn't have the DGR endorsement"
4. Select CONTINUE.

1. Enter the details of who you would like your donation reports to go to. Where possible this should be easily accessible by your treasurer so they can reconcile the donations you receive. 
2. Select CONTINUE.
