Registering your Donation Partner ID with CDS Vic North (VISY)

Please follow the below steps to register your Donation Partner ID for use on the CDS Vic North app which is hosted by VISY. 

Where possible we have created copy that you can copy and paste in the the correct fields, any required attachments are available here. 

1. Sign up here.

Form Page 1 - Welcome
1. Enter your Donation Partner Trading Name and Partner ID that you received from CDS VIC. 
2. Select VALIDATE.
3. Complete the process to ensure your account has been validated.
NOTE - The Donation Partner Trading Name is the bank account name your group was registered under. You will be able to set the Scout Hall Location name, further through the process!

Form Page 2 - Validate Sign Up
Login using XXXXXXXX and provide the following information:  

·        Bank Details or PayID - Upload a copy of a deposit slip or bank statement header to verify your account (PDF, Word format). We do not require transaction details or account balance.

·        Display Name - Your group / formation name.
·        Organisation Logo - Logo File attached. 
·        Organisation Category - Select from one of the following - Youth Support Services | Sports & Wellness | Arts, Culture and Humanities
·        Description - E.g Your generous support helps us to provide resources for fun, learning, and adventure, making a significant difference in the lives of those in our community.
·        Website - www.scoutsvictoria.com.au

You can save your progress before submitting the completed details for verification.

After updating the profile, it is important to press the FINALISE button so that it goes through to VISY for verification.
