Marketing Assets Order Form

Scouts Victoria has a range of Christmas tree fundraising marketing assets available to help Groups promote their fundraiser. Groups are encouraged to use these materials so Christmas tree fundraising feels consistent, recognisable, and connected across the state. Plus it's one less task for your volunteers to do!

Assets can be customised with your Group’s details, including sale dates, prices, location, order links, pick-up times, delivery options, and contact information, making it easier to create polished local promotions without starting from scratch.

You can request changes to the templates, but please note that changes can not be made to the overall branding.
We have templates created for:
  1. Flyers/posters
  2. Real estate boards
  3. Street signs
  4. Tear drop banners
  5. Social media tiles
  6. Tree care guides

If you can't see an example asset that suits what you need, complete the form below and provide details of what assets your Group needs. Our Marketing team will create something new to suit your Group!

Scouts Victoria Marketing will provide the final customised assets as PDFs and image files, which Groups can use for online promotion, social media, emails, and local printing. Please note that Scouts Victoria cannot organise or pay for printing. Groups are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of printing any materials they choose to use.

Groups should allow up to two weeks from submitting an asset order to receiving their customised files. This timing may vary depending on the number of assets requested and the level of customisation required. To check the current expected turnaround time, please contact marketing@scoutsvictoria.com.au.
