I placed an online enquiry but I haven't heard back, what should I do?

Thank you for placing an online enquiry to join Scouts Victoria!

Online membership enquiries are managed by teams of volunteer Leaders across the state. As such it can take a little bit longer to hear back from some enquiries as our volunteers have to balance Scouting with their other commitments. We ask that you allow two weeks to hear back from all online membership enquiries.

After placing an online membership enquiry, please keep an eye on your junk mail and voice mail to avoid missing a response.

If you have still not heard back from your enquiry after two weeks, please contact Member Services for assistance.
