How do I access my Scouts Victoria email?

Accessing your email on the web
The easiest way to access your Scouts Victoria email in is on the web.
Go to outlook.office.com and enter your Scouts Victoria username to get started. Your username will look like [MembershipNumber]@scoutsvictoria.com.au.
If it's your first time logging in, see How do I log in for the first time? To go through the additional setup instructions.
After you sign-in, you will see your emails, and be able to read and manage your emails.
The emails you see when you log in have been sent to you directly.

Accessing your email on your phone
Download the Outlook app for Apple or Android to get started.
After you download the app, you will be prompted to sign-in using your Scouts Victoria username and password.
Accessing your email with Outlook Desktop App
To access your email using outlook on the desktop, you will need to already have a license for outlook (i.e. an existing personal license, or licensed by an organization)
To set up Outlook, click file > add account if you are already using outlook. If not, Outlook will prompt you to sign in with your account when you start it.
After you sign in, your shared mailboxes will be available under your primary mailbox on the left of the screen.
Accessing your email using another mail program (outlook, apple mail, windows mail, etc)
Scouts Victoria recommends that our members and staff use the Outlook app, or Outlook on the web to access their Scouts Victoria email address.
To use other email applications (like Gmail, or apple mail) to access your email please search for and follow the instructions of your specific application. Scouts Victoria IT will not troubleshoot issues for email applications other than outlook.

For help accessing your email, first ask another scout member you trust like your group leader or leader-in-charge.
