For Businesses, Schools, and Event Organisers: Request a Scout Group to Run a Sausage Sizzle

Local Scout Groups may be interested in running a sausage sizzle at community events, school fetes, store openings, and other local activities. This can provide catering for your event while creating a valuable fundraising opportunity for the Scout Group!

Contact a Local Scout Group

Use the Find a Scout Group tool on the Scouts Victoria Website to search by postcode, address, or current location. Select your local Group to submit an enquiry.

When contacting a Group, please include:
  1. The event date, time, and location
  2. The type of event and expected attendance
  3. The facilities and equipment available
  4. What you would like the Scout Group to provide
  5. Any costs, requirements, or fundraising arrangements
Participation is subject to each Group’s availability and interest, and cannot be guaranteed. Scouts Victoria can not provide additional contact information for volunteers. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for volunteers at a local Scout Group to respond to your enquiry.
