Extranet Access Request Form (EX1)
Extranet access is automatically granted to Group Leaders/Assistant Group Leaders, District Leaders and all Commissioner roles (role based access).
An Extranet Access Request Form (EX1 form) is to be used by all members, other than those for whom role based access* is automatically granted, seeking access to membership data held in Extranet.
- The EX1 form must be completed in full, signed, and endorsed by the next level Commissioner.
- Please send the completed EX1 form to memberservices@scoutsvictoria.com.au for processing.
Some Group Support Committee Members may require access to Scouts Victoria’s Extranet for financial responsibilities or registrar duties by their Group Leader, those undertaking this assistance are required to complete a National Police Check.
- The National Police Check will need to be completed every five years while granted access to the system.
- Please do not undergo your own National Police Check.
- Once the EX1 form has been submitted, you will receive an email from Member services requesting a National Police check by using the link provided to complete a police check application and upload your documents.
