Scouts Victoria has created email/letter templates to help Groups promote their Christmas tree fundraisers. Groups can use these templates to contact returning customers, local schools, community groups, day cares, businesses, and other supporters. Each template can be copied, customised, and updated with the Group’s own fundraiser details.

Before sending, Groups should check all placeholder text and add details of their fundraiser. Groups are encouraged to personalise the templates so they feel local and relevant to their community.
