Appoint a Mentor

Step 1)

Open the Leader's Extranet record

Step 2)

Select the 'Appoint Mentor' button

Step 3) 

A pop-up window will appear (refer to image below), select the 'Appoint Mentor' button again.

Step 4)

Select '[Get RegID] 

Step 5) 

Enter the name of the mentor and select the 'Search' button

Step 6)

The mentor start date is set automatically to the current date. 

If you are wanting to select a different start date...

1) Select the 'Select Date' button

2) Select the start date from the calendar 

Step 7) 

Select the 'Add' button
