Contributor changing position to Leader or Adult Supporter

Scouts Victoria is a Child Safe Organisation, where children and young people are supported and develop in a safe and appropriate manner.

Any Contributor (Group Rostered parent or committee)  needs a new invite to change to Adult Supporter or Leader Status.
Note: For 2025 only, if the Contributor has been a registered member for 12 months the AMC process can be applied.

Even though they are already a member, our compliance procedures for a Leader or an Adult Helper require suitability checks 
  1. A Reference check
  2. A National Police check (conducted and paid for by Scouts Victoria)

From the membership tab in Extranet select New Member/Invitation/Generate invite to join. Please select current #reg no that will come up
